Shannon McConnell
Humans R Evil is the solo project of Indianapolis noise pop artist Shannon McConnell, a multi-instrumentalist, songwriter, and producer. With inspiration spanning from 1950’s girl groups, to 1980’s no wave and punk, to modern experimental pop, the project takes many different forms depending on the track.
Shannon also plays guitar and synth in local bands including Anti-Feds (street punk) and Fingertoes (dream pop). In those groups she has toured a great portion of the Midwest including playing notable shows such as the FYWROK festival pre-show, and opening for acts like Apes of the State, WYLDLIFE, REZN and many more!
