Brian Elkins

Brian Elkins is a drummer and audio engineer currently residing in Indiana. Brian has performed with a variety of musical ensembles including the IUPUI Percussion Ensemble, IUPUI’s ExMe2 electronic ensemble, the IUPUI pep band, as well as various freelance engagements. As an audio engineer Brian is proficient in Ableton and Pro Tools. Brian has served as an audio engineer and mixing engineer for the IUPUI percussion ensemble, percussionist Corey Denham and numerous IUPUI student projects. Brian has served as an audio/visual technician at the French Lick Resort and Casino since 2017. There, he has assisted in the technical ogistics of professional conferences and large scale musical concerts featuring artists such as Randy Houser and Martina McBride.

Brian is a fourth year student currently pursuing the Bachelor’s of Science in Music and Arts Technology at IUPUI. His teachers have included Corey Denham and Dr. Dan Walzer.
